Noon to 5 p.m., Rain or Shine

Parking, shuttle & Picnic access is only from Bedford Hills Train Station.

Bring your paper tickets and lunch. See below for other tips and restrictions on what to pack.

A tent will be in place in the event of rain.

A maximum of 1 order of 2 tickets is available per email address.

Multiple orders from the same email address are deleted/cancelled.

Free ticketing was launched in 2013 to ensure that the required limit of 500 Picnic attendees would be honored.Tickets are limited, so please only order the quantity that you need and let Stepping Stones know as soon as possible if your plans have changed. This gives as many friends as possible an opportunity to attend.

Groups needing more than two tickets can coordinate with members of their group to order via different email addresses (2 per email address).

Ticketing/Admissions:

After ordering, check your email inbox and junk/spam folder for an Eventbrite email with attached Tickets and Donation Receipts (the email will refer to the donation in the ticket total but it is not a valid ticket). Leave the page(s) that read "Donation" (not a valid ticket) at home for your tax records. Print and bring the ticket pages, which have unique barcodes. Turn the paper ticket in at the parking / shuttle area at the Bedford Hills train station and receive a wristband for shuttle and Picnic access. Each ticket is good for one use only. No "day of," "at the door," "on site", or "walk in" tickets are distributed at the lot or site on Picnic day.

Help make the Picnic a Self-Supported Event!

Consider a non-refundable tax-deductible donation of any amount (suggested at least $10 per picnic guest) to Stepping Stones Foundation - a private, nonprofit, tax-exempt standalone organization that maintains, preserves, and operates Stepping Stones and has presented the Picnic for 31 years since Lois' passing. Receipts that read "Donation" and resemble tickets cannot be used as tickets.
